Ariana Grande Has Announced Benefit Concert in Manchester for Terror Victims


The music superstar, Ariana Grande, has announced a benefit and tribute concert for Manchester bombing victims. The concert has been named One Love and it will have some star-studded line up.

Ariana Grande will be accompanied by some fabulous music industry stars such as Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Coldplay, Usher, Black Eyed Peas and Pharrell. All of them will perform for the terror victims of Manchester.

The concert has been confirmed for Sunday June 4 and will be held at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket ground.

Daily Mail reports that all proceedings of the concert will go to ‘We Love Manchester Emergency Fund’.

A few days back, a suicide attack took place at Ariana Grande’s concert in Manchester Arena which killed 22 people with many injured. For this very reason, the music sensation revealed that she will soon return to the city and meet the affected ones by this bombing. And now, it’s confirmed that she will keep her promise and people of Manchester will have something to look forward to.

The amazing line up for the concert also includes Justin Bieber, Take That and former One Direction star Niall Horan.

All these stars will take centre stage at the Emirates Old Trafford where the likes of Beyoncé have performed in the past.

The reports suggest that security has been tightened ahead of this music event. Tickets for the concert are available at Ticketmaster. A warning email as also been sent to people who will going to the concert not to bring bags for the concert. Otherwise, they will have to queue in long security line.

Ariana has also promised that people who attended her previous concert will be given free tickets for this Sunday’s concert. She also shared the poster for the concert on her social media profiles.


Ariana Grande was very emotional when the explosion took place and expressed her feelings on her Instagram account.

“My heart, prayers and deepest condolences are with the victims of the Manchester attack and their loved ones.

“There is nothing I or anyone can do to take away the pain you are feeling or to make this better.

“However, I extend my hand and heart and everything I possibly can give to you and yours, should you want or need my help in any way.

“The only thing we can do now is choose how we let this affect us and how we live our lives from here on out.”

It is good news for fans that they have something to cheer about this coming weekend. A star-studded line up of world’s top singers will entertain the crowds. We all look forward to this eventful musical night and hope that this time everyone is safe.
